From the Coronation Chicken Cone, Jubilee Sticky Toffee Choux to the Queenacolda Tart enjoy a regal selection of savouries and petit fours with an unlimited serving of tea infusions.

Your menu will be prepared according to your exact specifications, unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional dietary requests on the day. We must have all details of your guests menu choices at least 72 hours before your event. If we do not receive and confirm your menu request details by this time, please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refunding or transferring your purchase.
All dishes will be plated to share.
Additional drinks will be available to purchase from The Bar.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available with the complimentary options as well as with The Bar menu.
We will not permit additional food and drink to be brought into any event.

All cancellation requests must be made to reservations@thegardensociety.co.uk As soon as you cancel your reservation, your unique confirmation email ticket will become void and non-redeemable. We regret it is not possible to make refunds in respect of cancelled bookings.
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your reservation once it has been confirmed please advise us immediately.
The Garden Society follows fastidious safety protocols, from enhanced cleaning to comprehensive guest check-in, ensuring you have the comfort required to lose yourself in the experience.
Please select the date and the time of your Afternoon Tea reservation carefully as transfers are limited based on availability and only up to 72 hour prior to your reservation.
Please ensure that you complete a reservation for each person in your group in one transaction.
Additional bookings can only be added 72 hours prior to your reservation, subject to availability, please go to your your customer account online to make an additional booking.
In the event that a guest does not arrive for your reservation, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be issued.
If we find it necessary to close the event for any reason we will offer you a full refund via the same method of booking or the option to book an alternative date, subject to availability.
If we have to make a significant change or cancel your reservation, we will tell you as soon as possible.
If you arrive late for your allocated time or cannot make the reservation for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
We will not change reservation dates under any circumstances and cannot provide refunds for missed reservations.
Find us at The Garden Society, head to The Orangery Tea House Restaurant entrance and present your email confirmation to a member of our restaurant team.
Arrive at The Garden Society, Allington Lane, Southampton SO50 7DD and park within the free car park available.
Please make sure you have directions to The Garden Society. Basic directions are also provided on our website www.thegardensociety.co.uk
Directions should be used in conjunction with an up to date map.
Please make sure you have your email confirmation ready to present.
Please note our toilet facilities are located outside and be aware that this is a working garden centre site and our restaurant service takes place within the agricultural buildings and grounds of this unique garden centre setting.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of The Garden Society, its employees and guests and their health and safety.
Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of our restaurant service or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.
We reserve the right to refuse our services or remove you and members of your party from The Garden Society, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.
Guests displaying symptoms associated with a possible COVID-19 infection will be asked to leave The Garden Society with immediate effect. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for your lost reservation, services or any other loss or expense incurred.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to our restaurant space or The Garden Society during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.
Guests are not permitted to smoke in the restaurant or within our public areas at The Garden Society. Smoking in our premises outside of the designated smoking areas will result in a £150 fine.
