£15 per adult ticket | £15 per child ticket
Anyone entering The Elf Society requires a ticket, all children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over.
Each child ticket includes a gingerbread decorating activity in Ginger’s Kitchen as well as a token gift from Santa as part of The Elf Society’s immersive experience.
This event is suitable for children of all ages. All children require a ticket to receive a present from Santa. Gifts are suitable from 0 - 12 years of age.
Infants may be carried into the experience by an adult, but will not receive a present if they do not have a ticket.
We have a maximum capacity of people per session. Please ensure everyone in your party has their pre-purchased ticket as we are unable to issue additional tickets on arrival.

Arrival Time: 10 minutes before start time.

With a busy schedule ahead all Elf recruits must ensure that they are punctual and have 100% attendance at every workstation before they meet Santa where children receive a token gift.

You will be guided around Santa’s workshop. Please listen to the elves’ instructions as they are there as your guide and also for your safety.
We ask for all participants to follow their guides and to not touch anything or move anything unless instructed to do so.
You must remain within your group and move along to the next part of the experience when guided to do so. This includes when exiting the experience. Please note there will be no re-admission once you have left and please understand we need to operate to a tight schedule.
Do notify a member of the team immediately if you are hurt or see anyone injured.
Do notify a member of the team if you notice any dangerous behaviour – abusive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the experience and off site.
Do not smoke, eat, drink or drop litter within The Elf Society experience.
Food and drink is not permitted within The Elf Society experience.
Do not return into the performance space under any circumstances if asked to leave.
All adults are responsible for their own children and must keep them under constant supervision at all times.
Please note that you are entering and partaking completely at your own risk and the management take no responsibility for your personal belongings or welfare once within the performance space.
A great deal of care is taken sourcing and building the set and displays and we ask for everyone to be respectful and to not touch, damage or deface whilst within the experience.
All guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of The Garden Society, its employees and guests and their health and safety.
Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff during the experience.
We reserve the right to refuse our services or remove you and members of your party from The Garden Society, if in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to The Elf Society experience, our restaurant space or The Garden Society during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.
